Premium Greek Services

We are introducing the Guaranteed Service, offering a guaranteed delivery commitment by 12:00 PM on the next business day for all destinations with a standard one-business-day transit time, with the exception of shipments to and from the islands and to the Evros Regional Unit.

If a shipment is delivered late—even by a single minute—we will refund the customer the full cost of the service, including both the shipping charges and the Guaranteed Service surcharge.

The additional service “Evening Delivery” provides deliveries outside standard business hours, between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, within Attica and Thessaloniki.

These deliveries are fulfilled through our Athens Distribution Center and Thessaloniki Distribution Center.

In Attica, the service is available in the following areas: Greater Athens and Piraeus city center, Haidari, Peristeri, Ilion, Kifisia, Marousi, Chalandri, Agia Paraskevi, Cholargos, Nea Ionia, Metamorfosi, Dafni, Ilioupoli, Argyroupoli, Alimos, and Glyfada.

In Thessaloniki, the service is available in the following areas: Greater Thessaloniki city center, Kalohori, Sindos, Oreokastro, Stavroupoli, Evosmos, Polichni, Pylaia, Kalamaria, Panorama, and Thermi.
